Becci’s a fearless protector of workplace rights and committed to proactive negotiation. She’s found particular success in negotiating settlements and exits before litigation begins. Most notably achieving an extremely favourable settlement for a client on long-term sick leave, protecting them from the stress of a court case.

Becci is equally unafraid to litigate and has successfully represented a whistleblower who raised concerns about health and safety in their workplace. She’s also brought successful claims against multiple employers and employers based overseas.

Her experience across industries, including hospitality, education, financial services and healthcare, gives her a unique insight into the common issues that employees face surrounding invisible disabilities, workplace harassment, bullying and stress at work.
