Healthcare professionals.

We’ve been instrumental in forcing NHS Trusts to recognise the rights of healthcare workers. Our successful representation of a Senior Consultant in the High Court secured an injunction that forced his employer to allow him to return to full duties at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, following an order made by the High Court.

Over a combined 35-years representing regulated healthcare professionals, we’ve successfully dealt with:

  • Promotion & progression issues

  • Witnessing malpractice & patient concerns issues in the workplace and how to speak up about it while protecting their position

  • Discrimination

  • Victimisation

  • Bullying & harassment

  • Fractured internal relationships

  • Exclusion & restricted duties under MHPS

  • Patient safety concerns

  • Criminal allegations and convictions

  • Performance issues & concerns about alcohol and opiate misuse, including self-prescription

Our cases have taken us before the GMC, NMC, GDC, HCPC, General Optical Council, the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Whatever the circumstance, our tenacious, pragmatic and tactical approach means we can achieve the best outcome for you.
