Biography

Isabella’s long-standing concern about the Gender Pay Gap and promoting women’s equality led her to conduct extensive research on the Gender Pay Gap Reporting Regulations 2017. Her conclusions on their effectiveness and how they can be developed further to have a significant impact on narrowing the gap informed her undergraduate dissertation.

During her time at the University of Law, where she graduated with a distinction-level Masters in Law, Isabella was a founding member of Hands4rights. This student society focused on fighting for the human rights of those in the local community. She had a pivotal role in fundraising for Save the Children, collecting for local food banks and spreading awareness on women’s self-defence for International Women’s Day.

Isabella assists everyone from other paralegals to partners. She also works closely with clients and relishes the opportunity this gives her to make a meaningful change to their lives.

Isabella’s seen an opportunity to make law more accessible to all by undertaking a British Sign Language course, a skill she hopes will make a positive impact on the firm.

Market view

"Isabella’s assistance at a recent hearing was invaluable. She was an unstintingly willing and helpful member of the team, and her comprehensive notes of the evidence - proof-read and well-presented - arrived in my email inbox at the end of each hearing day. I shall miss her in my next case!"
