Employment /Regulatory Solicitor/ Associate

We are recruiting for Employment Solicitors (1 yr PQE+) due the expansion of our growing team at our prestigious boutique firm.

The role involves:

• Managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal and/or Regulatory cases

• Supporting the team with County Court/High Court litigation

• Providing day-to-day legal advice to clients

• Drafting pleadings, advice letters and legal documents

• Attending networking and marketing events

Applicants must:

• Be genuinely committed to acting for Senior Executives

• Have ‘a can do’ ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude

• Have impeccable customer/client service skills

• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing the business of the firm

• Track record of commercialism and ability to contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of County Court/High Court litigation as well as prior experience and a genuine commitment for acting for Claimants in Tribunal proceedings.

Paralegal

Do you want to learn to use the law to fight for what’s right and make our work-life a better place? If so, then we want you on our team.

We are currently seeking an Employment Paralegal for a permanent position within a growing team at our prestigious boutique law firm.

The role involves:

• Supporting the progression of cases from start to finish

• Collaborating with fee earners on Employment Tribunal preparations

• Maintaining client communications and

• Assisting in the creation of legal documents including drafting advice letters, witness statements and pleadings.

Applicants must:

• Be genuinely committed to rights based law

• Have ‘a can do’ ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude

• Have impeccable customer/client service skills

• Ideally completed the necessary legal qualifications or equivalent i.e.: LLB, LLM, PGDL

Relevant experience in a similar role and ideally some experience of Employment Tribunal and/or County Court/High Court proceedings is preferred, but we offer excellent training and support those keen to learn and make their mark in the law.
