Biography

Shannon has dedicated her career to fighting injustices in the workplace. She is known for her strategic, technical, and negotiating abilities, as well as her exceptional client care. 

Shannon works across all our practice areas, specialising in advising on and bringing high-value claims involving discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing on behalf of senior executives, regulated individuals and those employed within academia. Shannon represents clients at all stages of their claim, including supporting them through grievance, performance management, disciplinary or redundancy procedures at the outset, to negotiating settlements or fighting a claim through to successful completion in the Employment Tribunal or High Court. 

Shannon has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional cases. Having trained at a US Firm, she has successfully represented a number of individuals in multi-million-pound claims against global companies and has been instructed by US Counsel and individuals to pursue parallel claims in the UK and/or obtain witness evidence under the Hague Convention to support US litigation. Shannon recently, successfully, sat the California Bar Exam and hopes to be admitted as a California Attorney in 2025.  

Shannon is a member of the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers (IFSEA) and the Employers Association, and sits on the Legal Advisory Panel for the Centre for Women’s Justice.
